The impact was limited strictly to the Kubana Cloud dashboard and features that depend on the resolution of the kubana.cloud domain and its subdomains.

No customer-hosted services were affected in any way. Hosted VPS instances, applications running on the App Platform, registered and managed domains, professional email services, and cPanel hosting remained fully operational throughout the incident.

The service was fully restored once the affected nameservers were brought back online.
